Apartment in the old city centre of Barga, which offers you the possibilty to unveil the beauty of one of Italys nicest villages.
Apartment Sombra is situated on the second floor of a residential building in the heart of Barga.
It is composed of kitchen with dining area and access to the laundry, big living room with tv and relax area, main bedroom and a double bedroom with two single beds as well as a bathroom with a big shower.
The apartment offers space for up to 4 guests plus one or two babys.
We are always happy to advise and organize activities for our guests.
We recommend our guests to arrive by their own or a rental car in order to move independently outside the range of the old town.
The consumption is not included in the rental fee and will be calculated considering the meter readings.

Barga is a picturesque medieval village located in the province of Lucca.
The surrounding area is characterised by green hilly landscapes rich in vineyards, olive groves and chestnut forests. The view from the village of Barga is breathtaking, with the Apuan Alps in the background. In the immediate vicinity of flat Sol, there are numerous restaurants and bars where you can enjoy Tuscan cuisine and local wines. There are also grocery shops and local markets where you can buy fresh and typical local products.
Within a few kilometres from the flat there are many tourist attractions, such as the walled city of Lucca, the charming village of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, the Grotte del Vento and the Apuan Alps. In addition, the Tyrrhenian coast, with its sandy beaches and coastal towns such as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, is easily accessible by car.
For hiking and nature lovers, there are many opportunities for trekking and nature walks, including the Orecchiella Park, the Apuan Alps Park and the WWF Oasis Nature Reserve of Orto di Donna.
