The property features a main house with 4 bedrooms and an annexe in the pool area with another bedroom, for a total of 5 rooms. The villa also has a small bedroom with a Disney-decorated wall that is adjacent to the three bedrooms on the upper floor and will only be available for use by a child aged 5 to 12 years.
The large and elegant main house consists of three levels: two ground floors with different heights, corresponding respectively to the garden level on one side and the pool level on the other; and the first floor.
Entering the lower level of the main house, one is greeted by a large living room that encapsulates the true essence of the house and the soul of the owner, a music therapist and musician: comfortable sofas, elegant carpets and refined furnishings complete this environment from which one enters the large and well-equipped kitchen with a rustic flavour, with Sicilian prestige elements and artefacts. A hallway then leads to the only bedroom on this floor, decorated with typical majolica tiles and complete with ensuite bathroom and sauna. The wide and elegant staircase connects the 3 levels of the house and leads to the middle level, which is also accessed from the main entrance. Here we find a living room with comfortable leather sofas, fireplace, TV and piano, for pleasant moments of relaxation.This is followed by a beautiful room with billiard table and bar corner directly connected to the outdoor garden.The staircase finally leads to the top floor of the main house, which offers 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuite bathrooms, and a children’s room. All rooms are furnished with antiques and fine furniture.
The villa’s well-maintained and finely furnished exterior is surrounded by tall palm trees, carob trees, and centuries-old olive trees. The splendid swimming pool area (8×16) offers three outdoor showers, comfortable sun loungers and two covered terraces complete with sofas and armchairs where you can linger during the hottest hours, as well as a living area where you can dine al fresco.

The villa is a 10-minute drive from the centre of Marsala, the area’s best-known wine cellars and important archaeological sites.
