Description

Villa Franca is recently completely renovated and has been newly equipped with all modern comforts such as Wi-fi. It has a lovely covered patio furnished with an outside sitting area, completed with table and chairs for eating outside on the warm summer nights. A nice over ground little pool make it the rest in the garden!

The villa is arranged on 3 floors and can accommodate up to 9 people, for a total of 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, one large with a double bed and one French sofabed , and 1 single) and 4 bathrooms.All bedrooms provides ceiling fans with remote too.
Ground floor: entrance, living room with TV and dining area , fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with French bed and en suite bathroom with shower.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms, both with a nice terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs, bathroom with shower.
Second floor: one double bed and one french sofabed , bathroom with shower. Electric celing fans proveided in all bedrooms.

This villa is perfect for families with children and groups of friends with children. The villa has private entrance with automatic gate and video intercom, to ensure guests the utmost security and privacy.

Area Description:

The location is as attractive as it is convenient. It is 500 ms far from the soft sands of the Versilia beaches as well as only 4 km far from Pietrasanta, 'the city of Arts.' Since 1841 and the boom of tourism Pietrasanta has been nicknamed 'the little Athens.' Pietrasanta is most famous in Versilia for the marble and bronze artists and their work. In fact it often hosts international artists and sculptors who come to stay there, sometimes for long periods of time, to shape their creations. Some famous artists of note who called Pietrasanta home are Michelangelo and Vasari. Overtime, this small town has become an artistic centre, hosting lots of art galleries, temporary and seasonal art expositions and a picturesque historical centre. After a visit or tour through the city you can spend the day shopping in the city's central street.
