It consists of  a brightly lounge, with sofa tv and one twin sofa bed , dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with a shower and a toilet with sink. Both bedrooms provides electric fans with remote control.Walking outside you will find the fantastic seaview  terrace, with relaxing and  dining area  where you can have lunch and enjoy the breathtaking views of the bay.
Apartment guests have access to the entire garden with deck chairs and sun loungers. Guests' cars will be parked in the spaces provided. At guests' disposal there is also a barbeque and laundry.

AREA DESCRIPTION:
 From the apartment you can easily walk to the beach where you can find a modern marina and a beachfront restaurant that offers delicious appetizers which you can eat while enjoying a breathtaking view of Portoferraio's bay. For sports lovers there is a great deal of sailing and surfing. Nearby there are also golf and tennis courts.Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro are about km 8 away.
