Villa Franca

Villa Franca is recently completely renovated and has been newly equipped with all modern comforts such as Wi-fi. It has a lovely covered patio furnished with an outside sitting area, completed with table and chairs for eating outside on the warm summer nights. A nice over ground little pool make it the rest in the garden!

The villa is arranged on 3 floors and can accommodate up to 9 people, for a total of 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, one large with a double bed and one French sofabed , and 1 single) and 4 bathrooms.All bedrooms provides ceiling fans with remote too.
Ground floor: entrance, living room with TV and dining area , fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with French bed and en suite bathroom with shower.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms, both with a nice terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs, bathroom with shower.
Second floor: one double bed and one french sofabed , bathroom with shower. Electric celing fans proveided in all bedrooms.

This villa is perfect for families with children and groups of friends with children. The villa has private entrance with automatic gate and video intercom, to ensure guests the utmost security and privacy.

Villa Franca is about 500 metres from the beach of Lido di Camaiore.
Just a few minutes’ drive away is the centre of Pietrasanta, where you can breathe in the air of Michelangelo in the town’s old workshops, where it is not unlikely to meet internationally renowned artists. The historic centre is elegant, with its art galleries, fashionable designer boutiques and prestigious wine shops.

Forte dei Marmi can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Other destinations are Le Cinque Terre, Lucca Pisa and Florence, all within an hour’s drive.
