Domus Lilia

The building is located just in front of the seaside, some 10 meters from the bathing establishments and inside the circuit of Viareggio Carnival. The propriety develops on two floors and can host eight guests comfortably. Even if it is situated in the city center, the house offers a high degree of intimacy inside.
On the ground floor, the entrance opens directly with a view over the “secret garden”, a fresh and ventilated environment with palms, flowers and water games, surrounded by porches: it is a real cloister! Also, on the ground floor there is a dining room with a high ceiling and a dining table that faces the sea street and the garden. Moreover, here there are a kitchen and a connected living room and a marble bathroom with shower stall and washing machine.
The wide marble stairs lead to the upper floor that hosts the sleeping zone. It is composed by four wide double bedrooms. Two of them have a sea view (one has also a balcony from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets), and the other two face the secret garden.
One of the bedrooms has a granite ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a boudoir. There are other two bathrooms on the first floor: one in marble with bathtub and the other in granite with shower stall.

The villa is located right in front of Viareggio’s famous promenade, which offers shops, restaurants, pubs, and nightlife venues in addition to the bathing establishments.

Viareggio (also known as the ‘Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea’) is a world-famous tourist destination.
