The Residence

Located just 4 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri, Lido I Palmizi is the ideal location for a holiday of sea and relaxation.

The residence consists of brand new apartments of different sizes: one, two and three rooms apartments each one well equipped, with air conditioning, wifi and parking space.

Some apartments have a small garden or a private terrace available, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.

The common area of the residence is also dedicated to children … a playground with some tools will be ideal for the fun of our little friends!

Two-room apartments

All two-room apartments are composed of living room with kitchenette with sofa bed (one and a half or double), double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

BILO n.7,8 and 9 are on the ground floor with exclusive garden and a sofa bed for one and a half persons.

The beach

The beach of Lido di Capoliveri, which is just a few steps from the residence(300 m), is a sandy beach partly equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs and partly left as a free beach.

On the beach there are bars, restaurants, pedal boats and jet skis for hire. The exposure to the mistral makes the gulf of capoliveri the ideal place for lovers of windsurfing.

The beautiful gulf enclosed between Punta Zuccale and the promontory of Felciaio will leave you breathless.
