The flat with air conditioning, wifi, BBQ has a wonderful sea view terrace equipped with both an outdoor dining area and a beautiful gazebo where you can relax and enjoy wonderful aperitifs at sunset!
The flat consists of a bright living room finely furnished with two sofas, TV, dining table, walled kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything you need for your stay.
The living room overlooks a small sea-view terrace furnished with two loungers and connected to the garden. The sleeping area consists of a nice double bedroom with TV, a further bedroom with pull-out double bed and a pouf containing a single bed, a bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. A further single bed can be added in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. An own parking space is available a few steps away from the flat.

Rio nell’Elba is one of the oldest villages on the Island of Elba, easily reached by direct ferry line from Piombino. Also connected to nearby Cavo by hydrofoil in just 15 minutes, Rio nell’Elba is equipped with all essential services, such as pharmacies, bars and small trattorias. Only 3 km away is Rio Marina, another important centre on the island, where you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and rental stations for boats and diving equipment.

Other special places worth mentioning in the immediate vicinity are the enchanting beach of Cala Seregola, the beach of Topinetti with its wild beauty, and the bewitching ruins of the Volterraio Castle with its hiking trails.
Portoferraio, the island’s main port, is a 40-minute drive away, while Porto Azzurro, a favourite destination for shopping and nightlife lovers, is a 15-minute drive away.
