Villa Giolù Apartment La Terrazza

Situated on the first floor with an independent entrance, the flat is characterised by a beautiful and large terrace with sea view, with a covered loggia where there is an outdoor dining area, a relaxation area with sun loungers, sofa and armchairs. From the terrace you enter the flat, finely furnished, consisting of a very large living room the dining area, two double bedrooms. Both rooms are equipped with electric blades for ventilation with remote control. In the living room there is a single sofa bed. The kitchen is independent, with access also from the terrace, and is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms: one complete with shower and a toilet with washbasin and WC. Also available to guests is the large garden with a bbq, shared with the other two flats on the ground floor of the villa. The laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is on the ground floor. The car park is located inside the villa and is accessed through an automatic gate.

This place is quite unique because it is quiet even during summer. From the apartment you can easily walk to the beach where you can find a modern marina and a beachfront restaurant that offers delicious appetizers which you can eat while enjoying a breathtaking view of Portoferraio’s bay. For sports lovers there is a great deal of sailing and surfing. There are also boats available to rent. Nearby there are also golf and tennis courts. We also organise wine tours, snorkeling trips for private groups in some of the most beautiful spots on the island and you can have chef come in and cook in the comfort of your home with the fresh seasonal ingredients for an unforgettable dinner. The bus stop is located right on the corner of the main street but for those landing at Marina di Campo Airport we can arrange, on request a few days in advance, a taxi or car to rent. The same services are available for those arriving in Portoferraio, where a bus is also available (ask for the schedule).
