Charming villa with private swiming pool (8m x4m deep 1,30m) speads on 2 different levels, with beautiful enclosed and lighted garden, 200 meters far from the beach, it can accomodate up to 8 people!
There are two entrances, one for pedestrian and one with an automatic gate and video intercom, to ensure guests the utmost security and privacy.
A cozy covered porch, furnished with dining area, let you enter in living room with sofa, a dining room up 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with washing machine.
First floor: a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one doublebed room and 2 bedrooms with single beds and balcony, two bathrooms with shower.
Lovely furnished, it is equipped with air conditioning, internet Wi-fi.
The villa is equipped with video intercom and alarm.
Utilities: no charge. Electricity consumption for stays longer than a week (including for air conditioning) free up to 330 kwh per week, the excess charged at 0.30 Euro per kwh.

The location is very attractive, very convenient and it is close to the soft sand of Versilia beach as well as to Pietrasanta (4km).
Pietrasanta is most famous in Versilia for the marble and bronze artists and their work. In fact it often hosts international artists and sculptors who come to stay there, sometimes for long periods of time, to shape their creations. Some famous artists of note who called Pietrasanta home are Michelangelo and Vasari. Overtime, this small town has become an artistic centre, hosting lots of art galleries, temporary and seasonal art expositions and a picturesque historical centre.​ After a visit or tour through the city you can spend the day shopping in the city’s central street.
