Villa Occhiata

Villa Occhiata is a beautiful villa in a hillside position 200 metres from the sea, with a wonderful view over the gulf and the nearby beaches of Scaglieri, Forno and La Biodola, reachable on foot by a short path with stairs. The property, consisting of 2 separate units, each with terraces with a sea view, consists of a main building, on three levels, and a small dependence both with air conditioning. The entrance to the main building opens directly onto the eat-in kitchen from which, down a few steps one reaches the living/dining room area, with a fireplace (ornamental) connected by a French window to the large panoramic terrace with sea view, where is outdoor dining area admiring the splendid view of the gulf. From the living room down a few steps leads to a double bedroom with a nice private terrace and bathroom with shower. On the lower floor (third level) with direct access only from the outside is a double room (also convertible into two single beds) with a French window with a small terrace facing the sea and a bathroom with shower.
From the main terrace, via an external stone staircase (24 steps) leads to the dependance composed of a kitchenette, sleeping area with double bed,a double sofa bed (which can be converted into two single beds) and a bathroom with shower. Completing the dependance a beautiful sea-view terrace furnished with a sun umbrella and deckchairs .Between the two terraces, also with a sea view, is the outdoor Jacuzzi (not heated) for 4 persons. Wi fi and private parking available for our guests!

The beach of Scaglieri, located on the enchanting island of Elba, is a short distance from the Gulf of Portoferraio. Characterised by its small size, it has golden sand. The gradually sloping seabed offers a pleasant variation as you move away from the shore. From an organisational point of view, the beach is managed by bathing establishments that offer daily and weekly rental services for umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds. However, free stretches are also available where you can lie in the sun on a towel or a mat.
