In one of the most beautiful historical buildings in Viareggio, with a beautiful livable balcony overlooking the promenade of Viareggio and the sea, the flat, on the first floor with lift, consists of a large double bedroom with beautiful sea views and access to the balcony, a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a bright living room with sofa bed with French window to access the balcony with sea view, dining room also with French window to access the balcony, fully equipped kitchenette, second full bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning is present throughout the house. The Apartment Imperiale can be rented together with the adjoining Apartment Imperiale Suite for a total of 8 guests.

The building where the flat is located is right in front of Viareggio’s famous promenade, which offers shops, restaurants, pubs, and nightlife venues in addition to the bathing establishments.
