The residence consists of brand new apartments of various sizes: studios, two-room and three-room apartments, each well equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking space. In the common area of the residence there is a playground for children and a laundry area for the exclusive use of guests.

APARTMENT No. 2 is located on the first floor and has a private garden on the ground floor. It consists of a single open space with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom.

APARTMENT No. 22 is located on the ground floor with a terrace equipped with a table, chairs and sofas. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The beach

The beach of Lido di Capoliveri, which is just a few steps from the residence, is a sandy beach partly equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs and partly left as a free beach.

On the beach there are bars, restaurants, pedal boats and jet skis for hire. Exposure to the mistral makes the gulf of capoliveri the ideal place for windsurfing lovers.

The beautiful gulf enclosed between Punta Zuccale and the Felciaio promontory will leave you breathless!
