The Residence

Located just 4 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Lido di Capoliveri, Lido I Palmizi is the ideal location for a vacation of sea and relaxation.

The residence consists of brand new apartments of different sizes: one, two and three room apartments each well equipped, with air conditioning, wifi and parking space.

Some apartments have a small garden or a private terrace available, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.

The common area of the residence is also dedicated to children … a playground with some tools will be ideal for the fun of our little friends!

Trilo apartments

Trilo n.11 and n.12 are located on the ground floor and consist of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and garden for exclusive use.This type can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people.

The beach

The beach of Lido di Capoliveri which is a short walk from the residence(300m), is a sandy beach partly equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs and partly left to free beach.

On the beach there are bars, restaurants, rentals of pedal boats and jet skis. The exposure to the mistral makes the gulf of Capoliveri the ideal place for windsurf lovers.

The beautiful gulf enclosed between Punta Zuccale and the promontory of Felciaio will leave you breathless!
