Independent apartment at the ground floor, consists of entrance hall, living room with fully equipped kitchenette. From the living room you enter the garden where we find the outdoor dining room and the relaxation area with fantastic views of the Tyrrhenian coast. The living room leads to the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a second bedroom with double bed and single bed. Both rooms have access to the garden. Two bathrooms with shower and laundry complete the house with another hot shower in the garden
The apartment is a stone’s throw from the old town and 400 meters from all necessary services.
