Villa with swimming pool submerged in a lovely garden with view over the ocean and the mountains. It can host up to 10 guests.
This new property is furnished with sense of taste and beautiful, typical refinements as you can only find them in Tuscan houses.
It is composed of 2 master bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms of which one has a bathtub, a beautiful living room with fireplace and a well equipped kitchen.
The outdoor area offers a splendid furnished porch where our guests can enjoy wonderful dinners in the cool, a relax area surrounding the pool, a beautiful garden with a stunning sea view.
The house has wifi and air conditioning in certain areas, a BBQ and a brick oven as well as private parcking spaces inside the property.

The property is located in the foothills of Versilia, an area rich in art and traditions. A few kilometres from the villa are delightful towns such as Camaiore, Pietrasanta and famous seaside resorts such as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. The sea can be easily reached in less than 20 minutes by car. The summer is rich in cultural events; famous in Torre del Lago is the Puccini Festival.
Lucca and Pisa can be reached in 20 minutes by car, and Florence in 50 minutes. Lido di Camaiore, reachable in 20 minutes by car, with over four kilometres of fine sandy beach, has been one of the most renowned seaside resorts in Italy since the early 1900s.

The hills in the hinterland of Camaiore are the ideal destination for both nature lovers and art and history enthusiasts. The former can choose from a wide range of excursions to the Apuan Alps and visits to characteristic hilltop villages: unforgettable, for instance, are the views from the ancient village of Monteggiori or the village of Casoli.
