Situated on the ground floor of a small condominium with private access, it offers at the entrance a small fenced garden from which one enters the flat. The living area consists of a bright living room furnished with armchairs and sofa, dining table and TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area offers two double bedrooms, one of which has a full private bathroom with shower, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a second full bathroom with shower. The double bedrooms have a French window opening onto an internal courtyard for the exclusive use of the flat. All the windows are fitted with electric shutters and mosquito nets.

The ‘Ex Campo d’aviazione’ district, just a few minutes from the Levante Pinewood, where bicycles and scooters can be hired, offers all kinds of services: supermarkets, bars, ice-cream parlours and restaurants. The beautiful Levante beach is about 2 km away and can be reached by crossing the pinewood with a comfortable and safe bicycle path The “Passeggiata” of Viareggio, the famous promenade of the town full of clubs, shops and restaurants, is about 2 km from the flat.
